With the conception of high-speed screen printing systems, screen printing touches areas which require the use of new and more advanced machinery concepts.
It is not sufficient to simply add machines which are built for normal screen printing purposes together in a multicolour line, because with the addition of each printing station the technical requirements are also greatly increased.
This is especially true when maximum performance is required during multi-shift-operations, and production quality and speed are prime considerations.
Furthermore, with conventional machines considerable time and attention must be spent "setting-up" to ensure an acceptable quality of print. Thus, a more modern, flexible and accurate control facility for the various machine functions is a major requirement in multicolour screen printing.

NUR Fresco 3200
 The NUR Fresco 3200 is a versatile wide format digital printer for commercial production runs. It is able to print at high speeds in widths of up to 10.5 feet on virtually any substrate.
The machine sports the flexibility to print on a wide variety of standard media including: PVC banner material, truck-side tarpaulin, mesh, SAV, blueback paper, canvas, cotton and more in roll-to-roll or roll-to-sheet modes. It can also print on NUR-branded substrates that are backed by NUR’s quality guarantee. |
